Through commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.I DO NOT accept any transphobes, racists, zoos, or pedos as clients. Commissions may be paid upfront; payment plans are also accepted.
As the artist, I have the right to choose whether or not to take on your commission. I also may share your art publicly with given permission. With that:⋆ If money has not been paid, you can fully cancel the commission.⋆ If choosing to cancel the commission, you will be refunded a certain amount depending on how much work is already completed.⋆ If you chargeback the money after the commission is finished, I will blacklist you and withhold what work is already completed. I will warn other artists publicly about you.
During commission work:⋆ I will update progress on the artwork through trello.⋆ You may message me if you'd like any changes made to the piece during the sketching phase.⋆ Any changes requested after the artwork is finished will include an extra fee.
When your commission is finished, you may:⋆ Share the artwork with others and media to promote yourself, with proper credit.⋆ Claim the rights of the character as yours, all while crediting the artist.
⋆⋆⋆You May NOT:⋆ Take credit of the artwork or remove the signature/watermark, as that is copyright infringement.⋆ Sell the art as an NFT; I in NO WAY associate my art with NFTs or blockchains.⋆ Trace the art or any of my artwork.
